Experience: 12+ years of experience
Person is expected to generate leads by making cold calls, attending networking events and coming up with other avenues for lead generation. Working with prospects to do consultative selling

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
  • Exp in working with corporate and Institutes within the L&D space will be preferred
  • Looking for entrepreneur spirit in opening doors with corporates and other
  • Any prior experience of selling eLearning courses, corporate training programs, LMS, other L&D technologies as well as L&D consulting assignments will be preferred

PHP & HTML5 Developer

Position Summary:

Perfect role for someone looking to grow with a fast-paced start-up building technological solutions in the Learning and Development arena. This PHP & HTML5 Developer performs a key role in developing and maintaining Learning Management Systems using PHP & HTML5 with Moodle, including design, configurations, branding and customizations. This position provides great opportunity for PHP & HTML5 developers for growing skills and gaining experience in a fast-paced environment by interacting with the customers and building enterprise level applications based on PHP & HTML5

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Designing and building enterprise level learning management systems based on HTML5/PHP
  • Perform design, configure, customize and implement responsive and effective LMS systems
  • Implement multi-tenancy scalable Moodle architecture
  • Integrate with plugins when required, write scripts to automate Moodle routines and processes
  • Planning and implementing API integrations with third parties when required
  • Analyze business processes, and user requirements to establish Moodle
  • Support Moodle/PHP implementations and resolve any technical issues

Skills/Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Linux, PHP, HTML5, NoSQL, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, Apache
  • Thorough understanding of Java Scripts
  • 1+ years of experience in integrating plug-ins and writing new plug-ins to extend the Moodle system core features
  • 1+ years of experience in XML data structures and Web Services (SOA)
  • 1+ years of experience in MySQL and other RDBMS
  • 1+ years of experience in AJAX, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5 and XHTML
  • Proven experience with Moodle API and integration with third party systems will be an added advantage
  • Experience in managing AWS Environment would be an added advantage
  • Knowledge in Zend, Joomla, Drupal or WordPress would be a plus
  • Engineering in Computer Science or Masters in Computer Applications (MCA) or equivalent
